I aim to provide you with a safe and nurturing space for you to unravel your thoughts and shed light on any emotional blockages, or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Together, we can work on creating actionable steps to help you overcome your challenges. You are ready for my service if you are looking for solution-focused, directive help and willing to take the practical steps for change.

  • Ash is a great listener who asks the right questions. She made me feel safe to express myself and explore some hard topics. After only one session with her, I was able to gain a better understanding of myself, the things I need to work on, and the tools that can help me with that. I highly recommend working with Ash.

  • Ash is a wonderful coach. I did 3 sessions with her and strongly recommend her services. She brings a warmth, grounded presence, and curiosity to her practice. She's a great listener and clearly worked to understand my experience. The exercises she had me to better articulate my story and skills were very effective. They allowed me to see things from a more expansive perspective and take action. I definitely plan to work with her again in the future.

What is the difference between a life coach and a counsellor?

Coaching guides individuals toward specific personal or professional goals through structured support and accountability. It emphasises skill-building, self-discovery, and empowerment to enhance performance.

Counselling provides a therapeutic environment for exploring emotional, personal, or psychological challenges. It often addresses deeper issues such as past traumas and unresolved conflicts, aiming for healing and personal growth.

While both offer empathy, coaching focuses on goal achievement, while counselling prioritises emotional healing and resolving underlying issues.
