DROP-IN THERAPY SESSIONS
About the service
Drop-in sessions are designed to support you in exploring a specific issue you would like to bring up on the day. The focus is on emotional support, reflection, and grounding within a clear and contained therapeutic setting.
This is a stand-alone service and does not include continuity of care unless a separate therapy contract is agreed.
