You're not 'too sensitive.' You're exactly who the world needs.

Offering 1-2-1 therapy, community healing circles, and resources for sensitive souls

Hi, I’m Ash.

I’m Ash Alves, short for Ashanty Alves, a qualified Psychotherapist, Author, Writer, and Workshop Facilitator. My work is devoted to guiding others into developing a deeper connection with themselves and others.

As a sensitive soul, I feel a deep calling to support others in addressing the emotional, spiritual, and psychological blocks that can keep us from living more fulfilling, meaningful lives. I'm especially passionate about helping sensitive people and deep feelers awaken to their gifts, alchemise their pain, and step into living an empowered life.

Whether through words, 1:1 therapy work, or holding space in sensitive soul circles, my intention is to gently remind you of your innate worth, wisdom, and the truth that you already carry everything you need within you.

Your sensitivity is a gift, an intelligence. You see things and pick up on nuances that others overlook.

Sensitive soul circle is a group space, both online and in-person, for sensitive souls, deep thinkers and feelers to reconnect with their inner truth and find a sense of belonging in the world.
